The Office of Sustainability at 91Â鶹¾«Æ· has launched an online sustainability dashboard that displays a series of metrics, including 91Â鶹¾«Æ·â€™s greenhouse gas emissions, electricity and water usage, and composting efforts.

This tradition featured a diverse lineup of educational, thought-provoking, and fun events designed to highlight environmental challenges and inspire sustainable action.

91Â鶹¾«Æ· has been ranked fourth among baccalaureate institutions in the 2024 Sustainable Campus Index, retaining its gold status through AASHE’s STARS program.

These were just a few of the entomological delicacies enjoyed by 91Â鶹¾«Æ· students, faculty, and staff during a recent visit by Chef Joseph Yoon, the self-proclaimed edible insect ambassador and founder of Brooklyn Bugs.

91Â鶹¾«Æ· has been recognized as a top performer in the 2023 Sustainable Campus Index, securing the third position among baccalaureate institutions.
